Pretty poor security, floor apts can easily get infested, street always has homeless people sleeping either on the sidewalk/on mattresses people leave out (which happens a lot), etc.

It's literally impossible to live here, noise, and dust by the TWO huge building constructions in the same street. People are moving out.
