I've been living in my apartment for 10 years! The area is wonderful the building is nice & quiet great tenants nice courtyard with waterfall. And my area is safe!!!! You are minutes away from Downtown Culver City, nice restaurants, movie theaters & minutes away from the Metro. It's lovely to be right in the middle of mid-city.
