The large living room has three large windows to let natural light flood the unit, a ceiling fan and wall A/C unit to keep the living space nice and cool during those hot LA days — even though the unit is very well insulated with that classic Spanish stucco. The living room also features a large coat and utility closet. There's also another storage area that has a plethora of uses. Some ideas include a reading nook, great space for pets or an extra storage space.

As you enter the kitchen through a framed entryway, you will notice the brand new stainless steel kitchen sink with no divider and gooseneck faucet situated below a nice kitchen window. There are brand new quartz countertops, stylish tile backsplash that goes perfectly with the tile floors and new custom wood cabinetry.
