They don't answer the phone

I wonder why they even care to post the phone number if they don't answer or it's not working.Very frustrating.

NO ANSWER

So I've tried contacting them since this post went up and they don't answered. I figured it must've been because it wasn't September 14 yet . So I called today and it sent me straight to voicemail !! I am upset!!
