In short, I will move out of here as soon as the one year lease is over.

- Noise from the road and neighbors due to thin wall.
- Frequently malfunctioning on-site amenity.
- Old pipes with consistent leakage.

CHEAP rent.

This apartment is located somewhere around the bottom of a hill. With their old window design, you will be consistently bugged by speeding cars at night. Thin wall is another cause of noise, I can always hear neighbors chatting at night even if they are not actually loud.... On site laundry breaks down all the time so I go to "Laundry Lounge" around the corner; try your luck if you want to spend 5 dollars and your laundry are still fairly wet. Lastly, I understand it's an old building but I really hope building management could take some effort to quickly resolve leakage when tenants request for repair. Overall, empty units get rented out fairly quick due to the cheap price, if you are low on budget and willing to jeopardize some living quality, this is an okay place to be. Read More

Our apartment is not the best there is extremely rude management, sharp rust almost everywhere from a broken metal gate they should of fixed very, very long ago, and whenever I sometimes break one of the managements rules like staying in the pool after 9:00 or leaving the door to the laundry room open for a few minutes while I get a few cents from my house you will almost always feel like the management is looking at your every move. Now last but least my final complaint is that of the tenants.... This old lady has lived there for such a long time and still every single day she comes out and smokes for at least 10 minutes as she is overfilling her ash-tray she is blowing her smoke everywhere amongst the people with there windows and doors open trying to get a nice breeze on a sunny day also what this lady does is be the management telling the management every rule you break and she even enforces those rules herself and lastly here are some complaints about her she yells at other kids but not her own, she has a dog but still no one except her in the building can have a dog also her dog is not friendly the owner often hold him back with a leash when you walk by him.
