The property itself is ok, albeit a bit dated. They make it look like it's all neat and tidy, but upon moving in you find dirt and vermin in cracks and crevices. The kicker, though, is the unethical property manager, M.S.. He'll charge a carpet cleaning fee upon move-out...only to replace the carpet (that was past its normal life span) with new flooring.
