Horrible experience
Is the worst, is dirty and they sometimes overcharge and put random charges on your account. Management is never there, take ages to answer and centuries to fix things. The street parking is terrible and they never have space in their private parking lot (and if they do, they never answer about it). It’s noisy around, a lot of things happens in that street, and the building is just not good to live in. I would recommend to anybody who wants to live here: DON’T!!! Don’t believe anything they tell... you! They will abandon you and leave you with all of the problems this place carries. AND MOVING OUT IS IMPOSSIBLE!!! They really never answer (not even for moving out procedures)

Don't do it!
In theory this place seems great but in practice it definitely is not. No property manager, nothing on the website that they claim to provide gets provided consistently, rent is severely overpriced, property not maintained, no functionality to items that we are supposed to have (e.g. parking doesn't make sense, recycling shoot doesn't work so you have to constantly take down your recycling, gate doesn't work all the time, etc.)cheap materials used, no designated package area, neighborhood is a... bit sketchy after a certain hour, and the list goes on and on!
