Luxury Living without paying the Luxury Price.
I love My apartment complex. I am directly across the street from Mac Arthur park. I know what you're thinking... "MAC ARTHUR PARK!?!" But I promise you, looks are deceiving when it comes to living in this extremely secure and clean building.
1) First off, the greatest thing about living here is that there's Underground parking. 2 Levels of it, and you have your own designated space for your own CAR <3 #NoLAStreetParking.
2) It's extremely secure, from needing a Secure key lock to get into the... lobby of the building, to needing a key to getting to the elevator in the lobby, to needing a Key to get to the parking garage. NO ONE can get in if you don't have a key. And the great thing is that you can't copy the Building key without the manager's permission.
3) It's over 800 square feet of Apartment living with a nice view of the Skyline of Downtown LA from your decent sized Balcony. The Kitchen space can be renovated a little bit more to fit the more modern early 2000's feel of the apartment, but there is a dishwasher, oven and fridge that comes with the apartment.I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 Bathroom and the walls are not close together, which makes it a very quiet space to live in.
4) There are fun Summer and Spring festivals and concerts that happen across the street that is open to everyone and has a very rich and authentic latino vibe and feel to it. From Shopping, to eatery and music. And the Famous Jewish rangers Deli is 3 blocks away, which makes it an automatic plus to live in the location.
5) Mail deliverables is extremely secure, and you'll never miss a package.
6) Your tenants/ neighbors are all nice and a huge amount of them are from different countries studying in America, or working in a professional field. There are doctors and lawyers and Entertainment producers that live in the building. So it makes it a very diverse enviroment.
7) I can't speak for other tenants, but the Building Manager and her husband are the friendliest and most welcoming pair of couple I have ever seen. They also look out for their tenants and are always willing to help you out if you have a situation with something not working in the apartment. The response time is impeccable! She's always reachable by phone too.
8) $$$ PRICE... seriously, if you go anywhere else in LA, you're going to be paying a fortune...YOU CANNOT BEAT IT. It's also right next to Koreatown, LA. Great Hookups to all thing Korean BBQ and Korean Fashion. Overall I love it. 4 STARS!
