Who is managing this property?
The manager, Judy, is very unprofessional. When a tenant makes a rent payment and asks for a receipt, she does not provide such. When reminded, her response is "ok, I'll get it for you soon. I've just been busy." I'm not sure how she can be so busy when she's busy telling tenant lies about why she hasn't provided a receipt and even a copy of a lease agreement. Some tenants I have spoken to have indicated that she has even threatened them (when she is not pleased with responses to her) by saying... that she would contact her gangster brother and his friends to go after them. Tenants have also mentioned that there was smell of marijuana in her office and when confronted with it, she would say that it was the tenants in the building smoking it when it was clearly coming from her office. Even worse, tenants have complained about missing items in their apartment. Sometimes the maintenance personnel, who seems close to Judy, has made a maintenance call visit when no one has requested it. When confronted about it, Judy would explain that they had to look at the gas line or electrical fuse box. Now, if that was true, why is there not a note left on the door indicating such visit? It is only mentioned when confronted and complaints are made that something has gone missing from the apartment. Please look into this asap or else I will dig further and have authorities look into your business. Thank you and if you will please provide me with your corporate number and mailing address as I would like to file a formal complaint, that would be great.
