Great Location, great management and maintenance staff

I love this location and living here. The staff have been friendly, helpful, and consistent. The maintenance staff is the best I've ever had. Have not had any issues living here and very much enjoyed my time here. A++, highly recommend if you are looking for a great management and staff experience, comfortable living and ease of access to local dining and entertainment!

Some really big drawbacks

I live here currently. The building is nice on the surface, but has a lot of faults. Some of the big ones: there is a *rancid* smell in some of the areas of the parking that builds up over time because they dump grease from the retail above. It's bad. Like cover your nose every time you walk up. They sometimes spray deodorizer that lasts a few days, but you'll see everyone pile into the elevator covering their noses on "off" weeks. Ask them about that when they're giving you a tour.

Noisy

This building is noisy. The gardeners wake everyone up at 7:30 in the morning. Management doesn't seem to care, despite numerous complaints.
