Late night knocking your door at 12:30am

I haven't received any response to my previous email, but tonight at 11:50 PM, the security guard rang my doorbell again. Last week, they also rang it at 12:30 AM and waited outside.

I want to clarify that I do not play loud music or TV. I work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, so I’m not running around the apartment, especially late at night—I’m usually in bed. These late-night disturbances from security are very alarming and stressful for me.
I had already informed the property management that I would… be mindful, and I even removed my dog’s toys after a previous concern. I also emailed Alex and Akayla last week, but I received no response. It is extremely frustrating to be ignored, especially when I am being disturbed in the middle of the night.

I also want to point out that I do wear shoes inside my apartment, and I go to bed around 11 PM due to my work schedule. Hearing accusations about noise—like loud music or footsteps—feels unfair and upsetting.

Please address this issue immediately and ensure that I am not disturbed like this again. I expect a prompt response.

Well built, kind staff

It was excellent. Alfonso was patient enough to show me 1-2 bedrooms. He was so professional.
I would have moved in if not for the surprise in my own finance. Thank you so much
