Not worth paying $$$
Pro:
- Reliable and friendly on-site manager: the best apt manager I have seen. very responsible and really cares about tenants
- newly renovated units are nice
- units are bright
Con:
- Frequent plumbing issue: having to shut off water
- Frequent water boiler issue: no hot water problem
- Neighborhood used to be quiet but now it is becoming louder with road-raging cars, honking at night, and homeless
- Elevator is old, and breaks down quite a bit
- No amenity for $$$ apartment. No gym, No... community room, No roof access
