Terrible

If able to give them no stars I’ll give them that. Owner is terrible, doesn’t pay to get the trash picked up and it begins to pile up. Worms start to grow and it’s embarrassing. It’s a 5 floor apartment and the elevator never seems to work. The manager is just as bad, doesn’t even clean and they have cameras that don’t even work?
