Property Address: 437 N Ardmore Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90004
If you have a car this is not the place for you, there is absolutely 0 parking, it’s awful. Not to mention if you try to get in contact with management they don’t respond or are passive aggressive towards you. There’s a big bug problem and when i tried to get it fixed and complained multiple times, it was never fixed. Not to mention the people in the other units are horrible as well. But parking is the worst thing about this complex, do not live here if you have a car, it’s not worth it!!

Black Mold and Theft
Black mold, mushrooms growing out of the wall, and they will charge you extra when your lease ends if they fail to find a renter before your lease is up. They also will not respond to your calls or texts throughout your lease term. They’ve been through 4 managers in the past year due to their lack of professionalism.
The leasing process was a breeze, I met with an exceptional agent, Ana, who was very patient and helpful.
I feel I found my dream home. I got accepted 2 days later, nice and smooth! 10/10 would recommend to a friend searching for a place.
