STAY AWAY – OWNERSHIP/MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT TENANT WELL-BEING
This review is to serve the public with an informed warning about Moss & Company and the ownership of 708 Barrington Partners, LP. The purpose of my review is to help protect you from what I have experienced as a new resident this past month. AS A HIGHLIGHT: LOUD CREAKING, NO ASSISTANCE FROM MANAGEMENT, FALSE PROMISES, YOUR WELL-BEING AT STAKE.
I feel like I’m living in a temporary situation, still in boxes, waiting for a resolution as the noise persists and my health continues to deteriorate.... Renter beware.

Great property and management
Have lived here for four years and absolutely love it. Wonderful management and fantastic building. Great gym and pool. Laundry room is rarely busy. Overall, A+.
