    worst experience

    We started the lease in December of 2018. From the first day we entered to the apartment we had many issues. The inside of the apartments are very outdated and everything falls apart once you move in. The main issue was the infestation of ants. The management team is terrible. In less than 1 year of living here , they change managers 3 times. They fumigate the apartment 3 times and less than 8 months and it didn't work. The ac is very noisy and old, the paint comes off easily, the utilities… are extremely pricey, even so the water and garbage service. The high price of the rent does not live up to the apartment.
