I’ve lived here for over 10 years, and the building has really improved over time. The neighbors are great and it’s usually very quiet at night, which I really appreciate.

Management has done a good job making the building feel more secure. They make sure pets have proper permission and paperwork, and there are cameras throughout the property which adds another level of safety.

The maintenance manager is always on site and works hard to keep everything in good order. We now have more washing… machines than before, and the building continues to make improvements each year.

When my mailbox was damaged, he made sure it was replaced within four days, which I really appreciated. That kind of responsiveness makes a big difference.

I have been living at 710 South Broadway since September, 2009. I have never had any problems of any kind at this location.I am fully satisfied with my continued tenancy here. The current property manager has put tremendous emphasis on the overall safety, security and cleanliness of the building and to make the building tenants' stay here absolutely enjoyable and comfortable and memorable. I been here for about 2 years most definitely the new management is doing a great job in keeping the building safe and clean 24/7 great place to live in the heart of downtown you will love it here the staff are very respectful and professional
