Beautiful apartment in a great area!

I have loved my stay at The CitiZen! The apartment is spacious and the coffee lounge is nice. Lots to do in neighborhood. Building is under new management that is very responsive and have made improvements around the building. Looks just like photos

DO NOT LIVE HERE

Do not live here. Roaches. Theft. Damage to personal property by employees with no resolution. Homeless in the garage. Swap meet Saturday and Sunday ruins the entire weekend every weekend. Property manager is terrible and works remote. All in all a terrible place to live.

Widespread Mold

My roommate and I noticed our apartment was leaking strangely during the rain storm this year and had to fight for them to even check for mold. They found some, refused to disclose it to us, and had our apartment under construction in 3 rooms for 24 days. The people they hired broke multiple things in the apartment and at one point broke in outside of their work hours. The management/ownership was no help at all and danced along the line of legality to avoid us. We had to fight tooth and nail to... receive any kind of compensation and what we got was not nearly enough. They didn't want to pay us anything and refused to relocate us to a safe environment. Thank god we got out of this horrible, horrible place. The flea market every weekend was a disaster too and people would get in car accidents with the street being so busy/congested. Save yourself, do not live in this dump.

Looks like the pictures

My tour here went well I just didn't end up moving because my ex girlfriend moved out instead. But I do like how the actual apartment looked just like it did online in picture. Also love silver lake area! It's where I hang out, shout out to Cafe Stella and the Black cat for my fave near by bars
