DO NOT LIVE HERE

Please, for the love of God, do NOT sign a lease here. Janet (the landlord) is EXTREMELY rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. If you bring up concerns or issues, she will do absolutely nothing to help, cut you off mid-sentence, tell you there's nothing you can do, and then hang up on you. I have experienced cockroach infestations while living here with no proper response from maintenance to eradicate the issue. They come and "spray" maybe twice if you ask them a second time and she refuses to hire… proper exterminators to deal with the issue. The "maintenance" consists of two guys who work for Janet. I have lost my parking spot out of nowhere due to "roofing maintenance" with no warning from Janet that I won't be able to get my car out for SIX WEEKS. Even though I am PAYING to have a parking spot. Not to mention the rent is extremely overpriced, and all of the amenities are outdated, gross, or pricey (costs $6 to do one load of laundry, one AC box in the kitchen that costs a fortune to use and does nothing to help with the heat). STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!

Walking distance to everything

This large apartment is close to everything you need. Wholefoods - everyone knows how frustrating the Wholefoods parking lot is, well you don't have to worry about that! Starbucks, Avatar Nails and the Lost and Found bar are a stones throw, however, no one has ever been found at that bar, only lost! If you do choose to frequent the Lost and Found, there's a Rite Aid right up the street for that pesky UTI's.
