Ecco Hawthorn

I was between a few different apartments and I’m glad I went with this one. It feels safe, the building is well maintained, and the apartment is exactly what I was looking for. The team has been friendly and easy to work with as well.

Moved in recently and have honestly been really happy with my decision. The building is beautiful, my unit gets so much natural light, and everything still feels fresh and new. The leasing team made the whole process really easy, which took a lot of the stress out of moving. Looking forward to being here for a while!

I lived at Ecco Hawthorn for about a year and a half and genuinely had a great experience the whole time. The leasing team made everything easy from the start — they were responsive, helpful with paperwork, and always quick to follow up whenever I had a question or concern.

The unit itself exceeded my expectations. It felt modern and well laid out, with thoughtful finishes that made it feel like a real home rather than just a rental. I never had any major issues, and the space stayed... comfortable year-round.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. Everything I needed — groceries, restaurants, easy access to major roads — was close by, which made day-to-day life so much more convenient.

We lived in the new Eco Living Apartments in Hollywood and had a very disappointing experience.

The management is extremely unresponsive. Whenever issues arise, it can take days, weeks, or even months to get a response. Communication is poor, and residents are often left without answers or support.

The lease states that smoking is prohibited in the building, but that is simply not true. Many residents smoke regularly, and not just cigarettes. The smell is often unbearable and frequently enters... the apartments.

The property is also poorly maintained. During the six months we lived there, the area around the building was rarely cleaned. Trash accumulated around the property, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The unpleasant odors made the situation even worse.

The hallways and common areas are cleaned so poorly that sometimes it feels like they would be better off not being cleaned at all.

To make matters worse, we were billed for periods when we were no longer living there. Resolving billing issues was nearly impossible due to the lack of communication from management.

This was by far the worst apartment community we have ever lived in. You will spend a lot of time and energy dealing with problems, only to receive little or no help from management. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid renting from this company Read More

Just moved in to the building. Everything seems brand new. The view on the roof is incredible. It seems they are still working on finishing a few things in the building. But apartment gets good light and rooms are spacious. Modern feel and in unit washer dryer. Checks all my boxes.
