El Greco Lofts

I have been living here for 9 months on a one-year lease, and my experience has been very positive. The staff are always bright, friendly, and welcoming, which made my stay very comfortable.

The unit itself is great, and I've also really enjoyed the amenities such as the BBQ area and jacuzzi. The location is another big advantage--it's close to UCLA, and the neighborhood feels safe and clean. It's also very convenient, with Trader Joe's, Target, Ralphs, Whole Foods Market, and In-N-Out all... within a short distance.

The property managers, Eric and Tom, are incredibly nice and responsive. The location is also unbeatable, right by Target, Ralphs, and Trader Joes. This is a really great spot for UCLA students.

Awesome place! Great place if you need to get work done at UCLA or thereabouts. Tom and Eric are the most amazing management team around, bar none! The support staff reflect the same care that make Tom and Eric so great. Being here will make the living part of whatever you need to get done in LA hassle free because these guys always go the extra mile to help you with any issues. I stayed at El Greco Lofts in Westwood Village for 6 months. The building is excellently managed and cared for. The managers, Tom and Eric, are very helpful, warm, and friendly. The staff works tirelessly to keep it very clean and takes care of any issues promptly. It's a quiet and peaceful building. The location is a huge plus. Grocery stores/restaurants are all nearby. UCLA campus is a very easy, short walk. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay. I moved in late July for my program at UCLA and had a really easy time moving in. My unit is on the first floor which is slightly elevated above ground level and the apartment condition is very clean. The managers Tom and Eric are super responsive and professional. The room is also more spacious than I thought.

One thing to note is that at night the lights on one side of the building are kind of bright so you have to draw the curtains tight.

It's 100x way better managed than any property I... have lived in before.
