Property Manager Lies, this place is not good

The property manager and leasing office deliberately keep hours that mean anyone with a normal 9-5 cannot reach them in office. Nobody gets back about phone calls unless you email the company's corporate email and they get scared. Nobody responds to emails. My first night here the ceiling light strobed all night and they did nothing for two days. I could not sleep in the room for the first two days of my lease, and they offered no real help at all. This place is not worth your money. The… managers are scam artists. The rent is so much but on top of the rent they add in fees for everything.

Overall, not worth the price

Convenient location if you need to be in the North Hollywood / Burbank area. However, in the midst of a pandemic which they cite as the reason for not providing necessary maintenance, they also choose not to make any effort to encourage residents to wear masks in public spaces. Cheap, poorly maintained finishes such as sagging cabinet doors and light fixtures, malfunctioning windows, finicky plumbing etc.

Do Not Live Here If You Like Sleep

The worst living experience I have had. From EDM music constantly pulsing through the apartment from the kids that live here and go to the school across the street, FBI raids for people selling LSD, Sewage water (and contents) covering the garage from burst pipes, and fire alarms from people smoking too much in their apartments every single day.... it will never stop.

Noisy place!

Very disappointed with Madison Toluca, neighbors are very noisy. Residents are mostly young and parting all the time, you can hear them screaming in the corridor, sometimes even running at 3 a.m. Property manager seems to ignore it.
If you want to sleep well, do not choose this place! I do not recommend it!

Madison Toluca

This is a great place to live if you want to avoid the freeway. Located just between Toluca Lake, Burbank, and North Hollywood, Has a real small town feel to it. Close to Burbank Airport. Portos Bakery is within walking distance.Universal Studios nd Warner Brothers is a five -seven minute drive. Maintenance and staff very friendly. There is no pool here, each building (3) has roof top lounging and gas BBQ grills. Building one is pet friendly, if you live on first and second floors, you may… hear pets scampering above (elevator smell gets a bit strong at times.Recommend Building 2 or 3,
