Overpriced With Serious Maintenance Problems
I would strongly recommend staying away from this building. Our experience has been extremely frustrating from the beginning.
Within the first three months of signing our lease, we had to submit more than 10 maintenance requests. We dealt with multiple serious issues including window leaks and a bathroom leak that made our bathroom unusable for more than three weeks. The window leak even caused damage to our furniture.
Building maintenance and reliability have also been major problems. The... elevator frequently goes down when it rains, the garage gate has been broken for days at a time, and basic building systems don’t seem to be maintained well.
Security is another concern. The outgoing mailbox has repeatedly been left unlocked, which suggests someone may have access to the master key. We reported this more than a month ago and it’s still unresolved.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the rent here is significantly higher than many nearby apartments, yet the quality and maintenance of the building do not reflect that at all.
Overall, the amount of maintenance issues, unresolved security concerns, and poor building upkeep make this place very hard to recommend.
