The location is great and the property is well maintained. The people are friendly and the manager Nikki is so helpful and made things very smooth!

I enjoyed living here!
I really enjoyed living at Franklin plaza!
The apartments were nice and have w/d in unit, which is hard to find. There’s a small gym, pool, hot tub, bbq, and awesome neighbors! But what I really appreciated the most was the AMAZING manager, Nikki. She was really the best and was on top of everything, super pleasant, and always took care any of my requests. I only moved because I needed a 2 bedroom, but I would definitely live here again if my situation were to change. Thank you so much Nikki... and Franklin Plaza, I really enjoyed my time there!

Great place to move
Moved in here sight unseen from across the country and really enjoyed my time at Franklin Plaza. The building is well taken care of and the pool and grill are nice amenities. The units have nice finishes for the price you pay and the laundry and central ac are really nice as well. The building is well sound proofed and quiet. Only interacted with management upon move in and out so no big issues there. No major complaints about this building other than the elevator is seriously so slow. Getting... from my car to my unit was always time consuming.
