Poor Management
Just wanted to reiterate what the OP said below because I’m not sure if the earlier reviews even lived in the same building. Broken machines and flooding in the laundry room. Huge bug and animal problem year round. Management barely replies, took a couple days for them to reply when there was no power/water which happens too often.

Bad management/amenities
No on site management, the laundry room is old and ruins your clothing or just does not work, the management is unresponsive and often turns off water, elevator frequently goes out and there have been problems with bugs and creatures, the renovations look great but it’s a stressful living environment

Beautiful property
The construction crew did an amazing job with this place. Whenever my family and friends come over they always compliment how nice my home is. All of the finishes are beautiful and I am very happy here. 10/10!

Excellent property and on-site manager
This is one of the cleanest and newest apartments that I have ever lived in. I wanted an upgrade from my last apartment and luckily I found this gem. The controlled entry makes me feel safe and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live in.

Phenomenal service and great place to live!!!
Apartments are so hard to find in La. 974 S Gramercy was the 5th building I looked at and it was perfect. The newly redone apartment was everything that I was looking for. I applied and got approved a couple of days later. The apartment was finally mine! I can’t wait live here for awhile.
