Lived here for a year
There are two music venues right next to you (one directly beneath you if you're looking at their 5225 1/2 building). It's brutally loud until gone 2 am every night including holidays. Management is non existent, the buildings are quite grimy.

Unprofessional
The viewing agent cancelled on me 10 minutes before viewing without explanation. He offered to “rush through” the listing with me if I could make it before my appointment. I was commuting to see this, WITH THESE GAS PRICES. Someone who has no respect for other people’s time, will not care about their tenants.

It’s Pointless
To even try to apply for a unit in this building because nobody ever answers the phone despite the day or time and they never return your messages.
