    Awful management.

    Only 1 of 2 elevators has been working for close to 10 months. Garage entrance has been broken for 6 months, so exit garage door stays open 24/7. Issues with packages being stolen, fly issues, pet waste in hallways (on carpets). Issues with hot water. Horribly run property that could be a great apartment community if it were properly run. The unit itself is great. Balcony with great views.
