    Beautiful New Apartment & Amazing Tour by Vicky

    Vicky was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the entire leasing process. She took the time to walk us through every detail of the apartments and showed us multiple units so we could find the one that was the best fit. She was also very responsive and helpful with all of our questions, which ultimately gave us the confidence to sign the lease and move in this fall.

    The apartment itself is in a brand-new building, so all of the appliances and amenities are new and modern    … . The higher floors have amazing views, which is definitely a highlight. The location is also fantastic—it’s right in the heart of Cape Town, close to major restaurants and plenty of things to do, while the immediate street feels much cleaner and safer than some other areas nearby.

    I also really appreciate the 24/7 security, gated parking, movie room, golf room, and gym. Overall, I’ve had a great experience so far, and Vicky made the leasing process especially easy and pleasant!
