Affordable...
This building in East Hollywood houses studio apartments only. The square footage ranges anywhere between 400-450 in living space. It's cozy, but great for someone who is on a budget or looking to save money in this economy. A bonus, is that all utilities are included. It is close to the Metro Line and 101 Fwy for easy access to Los Angeles' surrounding areas. A great find for the budget-conscious.
