Asking for money
They are asking and requesting deposits and application fees when the apartments aren't anywhere near completed or available. This should be removed by admin.

Can’t get ahold of these people.
The apartment is barely finished and they ask for money for the application without tours. I contacted even their marketing team and they could not get ahold of them.
