New resident
I am a newer tenant but am very impressed so far. Angie the property manager has been so helpful and really goes above and beyond. It’s very reassuring knowing if there are any issues she will handle promptly. Overall the building is in good condition and it is a great location right across from the Brentwood Farmers Market.
I am happy to be a resident at La Vicente!

Great experience
We started at La Vicente for a year and had a great time. The location is absolutely fantastic, especially if you like biking, hiking or running to the beach. The new building manager makes life easier and takes any concerns very seriously. We really enjoyed how on top of things she is.

Apartment is subpar. Location is great.
To make it clear. You are paying for the location. The building itself is old. The updates are done on the cheap. You can find way nicer apartments for the price they are asking. They also are frequently having "plumbing" issues and constantly entering people's apartments. If you are active and are rarely home, the location is great. If you spend any significant time at home, there are much better options out there. And as an aside, having been through various owners of the property these past... few years, the current owners are by far the worst.
