Ladera Apartments

This property is highly unprofessional when it is time to get things done quickly and efficiently. They will reschedule things at the last minute ALWAYS. They will not offer reasonable solutions and just expect for tenants to deal with abrupt changes. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I lived here for more than 3 years in apt #22. First 2 years were fine and this place was very quite and never had any issues.

Everything changed in 2020 and neighbors downstairs started playing very loud music on their music system. The music played by them was so load that the whole floor in the unit I liven in would vibrate with the beats of the music. This became more frequent by the time I moved out in Dec 2020.

Music was not only problem. When ever the parents were out of the unit on… the ground floor, the brats in that family would run their freak show by yelling out load and screaming at each other. Things will return to normal when parent returned home.

I submitted multiple complaints about this to the building manager but the only thing he did was to call them each time it happened which did not help at all. Holidays were especially bad at this place and I cant begin to tell you how bad Thanks giving was at this horror place when the brats were screaming all night. Even homeless people living on street behave better than these people, no offence to anyone.

Ultimately I was forced to move out due to the noise which was so bad especially after 11 PM(Many times music was played as late as 6 AM next morning) and lack of any action taken by the building management.

I would strictly advise against moving to apt #22, consider other apartments because other neighbors are quite in the building and you would never see anyone else behaving like animals. I am glad I wasn't tied to a lease and moving out was an easy choice. You might not be that lucky so please call police instead of dealing with the noise because building management will not help. I have enjoyed living here for the past year. The community is clean, my neighbors are friendly and respectful. Most importantly, they are really quiet so it's nice that everyone is so respectful. The apartment is centrally located so you are close to everything.

The property manager is onsite and she is always available by phone when I have a question or concern. I believe I made a great choice for my first apartment.

This community is SO beautiful! You can tell that the staff who runs the building take great pride in their work and truly care for their residents. Great value for an apartment in a gated community in Ladera Heights. The manager is very kind and gave me amazing customer service! She even helped me research other apartments under the same owner, Greystone Management.

I ended up leasing an apartment that was closer to my family, but I wish I could live here!!!!
