Looks a lot better in pictures
Don’t be fooled by the pictures you see on here. They try to market this place as a brand new building but it isn’t. There’s lots of issues included common areas that aren’t maintained, paper thin walls, upside down key holes, stained and tattered carpeting, broken or half working appliances. It really sucks because the location is very convenient. You can pay similar prices for better just a couple of miles away though.

Don't move here!!
Don't be fooled by the price and new building. The building doesn't have any amenities. Also, the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from your neighbors. Dogs barking, music, TV, talking, and their phones ringing. Honestly regret moving here as I was fooled by the exterior.

Beautiful apartments
The one bedroom lofts are super cool. Great Ktown Location! Excellent pricing! I highly recommend this building and the leasing staff at Lido are really helpful!
