Great Property for the Cost - A Little Noisy as Expected
I rented here in 2022 and 2023.
It's a great property for the price. It's clean. Well kept. People are professional and decent.
Lido responds to all the service requests in a timely manner and fixes are done right.
Note that this property is on Palms Ave and about a half-block from Motor Ave, so there's a decent amount of street noise if you're facing Palms Ave. The sliding glass doors and windows are older and fairly thin, so don't expect a lot of noise dampening like you would in a new... luxury build.
