NY style Art Deco 1930's building
Koreatown 1200 sq ft. Large one bedroom with high beamed ceiling in living room. 6th floor corner apartment with east and south west views. Built-ins in kitchen with dining area and ceiling fan. French wide windows in all rooms. Vanity area with built-in counter and drawers and 6 ft cedar closet. Bathroom has deep bathtub and separate shower. Bedroom has large closet. Foyer has guest closet. Original tile work in kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning unit/heat combo in living room, heat unit in... bedroom. Two elevator building, inside and outside parking, laundry room and exercise room, rooftop access with gazebo. Building has one bedrooms and singles with reasonable rent - rent controlled.
