    I wish I hadn't tried to rent from them

    I submitted an application that included a $55 non refundable application fee and half of the deposit to take the apartment off the market. After all that I found out that they have a minimum income requirement that I did not meet. fine. I said to pull my application and mail me back my money order. they said it was a process but it shouldn't take longer than a week or a week and a half at the most. it's 6 weeks later and I have still not received my deposit back. this has been the worst… experience with a company ever. I just want my deposit back.
