Because these were originally built as condos, they have large and spacious units, they have a full size washer and dryer inside the unit which is super convenient. They have a gym. But what truly makes the community great is the management team. They are AWESOME! They really work hard to make this a home for people and they are so on top of things and responsive unlike many horror stories I’ve heard about. Apartments are great and decently maintained. The I-5 freeway exits and Sunland grocery store are very close-by.
Even though the parking is secured , gated with camera's. There's been recent multiple car break-in incidents in this place. Many cars windows were broken and stuff stolen. I know people will be hesitant to check the police records... but please do check. Also, I know few recent break-in incidents were never reported.
Also, be prepared for rental price hike every year before you... signing the contract if at all you plan to stay there for a longer period. Read More
