A studio apartment for rent in the Miracle Mile area. The living room/bedroom area has a wooden floor finish, blinds covering the window, and an air conditioning unit. Kitchen area has tiled floors, includes electric stove, and a refrigerator. The… bathroom area has a half-body mirror above the sink also with tiled floor. the utilities provided are gas and water. There is a no pet policy, no smoking inside of the building policy, and parking is available (onsite manager has more information). A washer and dryer on each floor for use between the hours of 8 a.m. - 9 p.m., a total of 20 units inside of the apartment complex, no noise complaints, onsite manager.
Great location with many eateries including a Starbucks at a walking distance, The Grove, Parks, and a peaceful community. Ongoing construction on Wilshire on the weekends due to the purple line.

Too expensive for quality

Painted over hinges, painted over bannister, painted over door knobs, and after a while will start flaking to reveal rust. Lots of dogs despite advertised “no dogs” and lease said no pets as well as property manager owning a dog so WHO KNOWS what’s up with that. Folks with Allergies beware, between the animals, lack of landscaping that lets leaves build up and become moldy, and a dumpster that reeks and is too high to open for shorter people .Thin walls with little privacy, plus the hallway… smelled gross half the time like a mix of mildew and cigarette. Appliances haven’t been replaced in god knows how long. Started to feel more like a trap house with increasing amount of vagrants outside in the afternoons and people attempting to gain entry. I’m sure there are better quality buildings in the area especially for the square footage.

Screaming tenants

do not move here! There are so many rude tenants here screaming out their windows all night and playing loud music all day and landlord of course does not care

Open House

Went to open house, and the unit does not equate to asking price; better off getting a one bed room else where vice over paying for a studio

Applicants already

Great place. Been trying to lock in a unit but they get applicants so fast. All three available are taken. :-(

The manager is great and friendly. Wish I were one of the new tenants. Keep an eye out for this property. It’s great place to live.
