Don’t lease here
I rented from Media Towers for 2 years and had a generally negative experience. The most significant issue was that they sent my unpaid rent balance to collections without any prior communication. We paid our rent every month and happy to send proof. The lease was broken because I was pregnant and a gentleman continued smoking near our apartment. Despite my several complaints no action was taken. This resulted in a major hassle for me, as I had to deal with collection agencies and the negative... impact on my credit score.
Before resorting to collections, a good landlord would try to work with the tenant to resolve the issue. This could involve sending late payment notices, offering payment plans, or discussing the reason for the late payment. However, Media Towers did not make any attempt to communicate with me before sending my debt to collections.
This unprofessional and aggressive collection tactic not only caused me a lot of stress but also damaged my creditworthiness. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting from Media Towers to look elsewhere

Used to be great.
Crime, criminals, homeless people wondering, no security on site, alcohol bottles around the property, unregistered aggressive pit bulls, etc.. just not safe.
Used to be a great building, the staff is still great.
