Worst Management, Carpet flooring in hallways is so filthy - there’s dog pee ALL OVER!, Old home week.

Please don't get fooled by this place. IT WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY! They will charge unreasonable fees when you move out.

Me and my boyfriend have been living in this studio apartment now for a year and we can't really complain the tenants are nice and we technically weren't supposed to have a dog but we got one and they were okay with it. We had a nice little patio on the roof but they had to take it down to put some new flooring in. I'm currently looking for a new apartment in San Diego so I need to use this website and I saw that you could write a review and win!!

I like my apartment mainly because it's conveniently located near shopping centers, restaurants, bars, markets etc. However, the apartment itself needs major repairs. The water is shut down almost every other day and the elevator is broken just about every week. I need my blinds repaired and i have been told by management that it is the tenants responsibility not management to fix them. Just to submit a maintenance request you have to follow this list of procedures or else they will ignore your... request because you are not following protocol.
