Palm Terrace Apartments

I've lived here for a year now and nothing usually works. When me and my husband first moved we didn't realize that they hid everything well. The Windows can't open unless you want it to break off. There was dried up gum that The previous renters and left and graffiti on The window's. The washer and dryer are usually broken. The dryer has burned my clothes on multiple occasions and the washer doesn't always take out water. You don't get your money back for putting it in the machine when it... breaks down. Me and my husband have been waiting for a parking spot for months even when they said it will just be a month or two in reality it's been passed a year and a half. Another example, We complain that our shower is leaking and when they came "to fix it" the person said "it was okay"when clearly it was flooding my bathroom floor. Aswell, The manger and tenat have enter my apartment without a notice before and not knocking to inform they were entering the premesis.
