Terrible
USPS mail is somehow always missing, management doesn’t reply or care. You’re on your own after you move in. Avoid this place

Terrible management
I would give 0stars if possible. The management NEVER replies. They won't answer your calls, emails, nothing. Once you sign the lease, they completely ignore you. People are constantly leaving the apartment. Packages are always stolen and the management company does nothing about it. The management only works on one thing though: they'll do their best to charge you for everything so that they could take your deposit. It will be impossible to get most of your deposit back.

Horrible Management
Management never responds to emails. Had to wait 5 months to receive security deposit after move out. Apartments look nice but are very poorly made.

Horrible
I would give -0 stars if I cld. The tenants are disgusting. Tenants & the homeless steal your packages. Carriers leave packages & food outside of the building. So unsafe & unsanitary. No cameras for safety. Management NEVER responds to emails. Animal droppings everywhere. LOUD Alarms in the middle of the night. Theres only one man onsite, Alex, & he's a saint. Thumbs down.

Cozy property, terrible management
Huge lack of organization from management and delayed responses. Moving in was a nightmare, keys missing, and two sets not working, parking garage not fixed, broken entrances, incorrect billing, not professional with verbal communication. Unable to contact anyone after hours and is hardly available to speak during the day. Needing to continuously remind of issues that need addressing.
Other than a frustrating experience with the property manager, everything else is great! We love the location,... it is a brand new building, quiet and cozy, efficient, clean modern style, great lighting, well thought out property, and spacious floor plans.
