About Rampart Village Lofts

The Rampart Arms Apartments are located just one block north of Wilshire Blvd and two miles from the heart of the financial district in Downtown Los Angeles and within walking distance of Korea Town. Built in 1911, this vintage building was the first... concrete building to be constructed in Los Angeles and was designed by a famous Architect. It is a historic, turn of the century building with amazing architectural details. Residents of the Rampart Arms benefit from close proximity to many restaurants, bars, theaters, grocery stores and much more. The red-line subway station is within walking distance and it is close to the 10 and 110 freeways.

Management isn't the best

My husband and I have been living here for over a year now. The location is great because it's close to two subway stations, which makes it easy getting around the city without a car. However, management here takes forever to get things done and fixed. We have requested several things to get fixed and it's been about eight months and some major things have yet to be fixed. Since we've moved here, there has been about four building managers that have been hired then quit a few months later. We... have heard from neighbors that this is how it's been for a good number of years.
