Music blasting, loud parties all night

This building has an unfortunate rooftop terrace where people blast loud music and throw parties at all hours of the night - often until 3-4am. Building security makes no effort to intervene. If you're hoping for somewhere quiet to live, this is likely not the place for you.

A Poorly Managed Building — Find Other Options

This building has changed management three times during the year and a half I’ve been here, and each one has been neglectful of the glaring problems this place has. Some floors here have a roach problem, the laundry room is practically nonexistent as none of the machines work, and there is only one elevator that sometimes works for a 13 floor building, which can break down for days at a time leaving you stranded if you have mobility issues.

If you have other options use them

Been here for 3 years and at least once a month...
The water is out
The elevator doesn't work...(mind you, there are 3 elevators and only one has ever been in service)
Fitness Center is a joke
Laundry room is filthy and not kept
Unresponsive management

Warning!

This place is infested with roaches. There is ONE working washer and dryer for the entire building. The “gym” is just random leftover work out equipment folks have left behind and they have completely stopped responding to maintenance requests. Save yourself the trouble!!

Slum Village

If you like the following move here , hell, roaches , rude management, theft , fentanyl, black mold and leaking ceiling. No sense of community with the management move here. :)
