Ravenswood Apartments

This is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived and it’s getting worse by the day! Tenants are threatening to sue and have constant meetings about it. A guy named Derek will show you around and lie about community “amenities” such as saying it’s fully secured and has working cameras, even though cameras haven’t been working for over a DECADE. Mail boxes were broken into and not repaired for weeks. Maintenance is the worse, they don’t even pretend to fix things, theirs constant bug problems, no ac... , washers are old and broken all the time, and definitely don’t leave yours clothes in it because they’ll be stolen when you come back. Constant break ins and theft and nothing being done about it. Theirs different rules for everyone depending on who you are, and good luck if you ever want to see your double deposit back. We lived in a two bedroom apartment in the
Ravenswood for two years and loved it. The apartment was very spacious. There were windows on three sides of the apartment so the cross-ventilation was great. Tt was cool even on a hot day. The traffic noise can be loud so wear ear plugs when trying to sleep. However, the plusses far out shine any minuses. We want to move back there.
