Staying here with my boyfriend, first time in California I really wanted to go to the pool, just to find out cant even leave our apartment. Everything I had to walk through the hallways theres apartment doors open & or ajar with a group of foreign men in them with their shoes outside , I literally had to run when i came across their units every time because I honestly thought if they pull me inside & close the door no one will ever find out. I told my boyfriend and we told the security guy,... guess what he said? The management told him he is not allowed to give them any warnings until 2am and I was like WTF?!!! Not only wasn’t able to use community areas like the pool, we didnt even feel safe walking in the building because every time we had to walk past the gang apartments! Just wanted to say that I’ve been living in the building for some time and I’ve been very impressed with James in the front office and his management in keeping the building running smoothly and efficiently, and most of all his commitment to keeping everything disinfected and clean. Signs posted in elevators, reminders about social distancing, reminders about face coverings. Very glad I live in a building where management is taking all of these precautions so seriously. Regency Manor apartments, whether you choose the furnished or unfurnished ones, are beautiful. Lots of great amenities like an upgraded pool and spa, laundry rooms on every level, excellent accessibility from Hollywood Boulevard, whether through the lovely glass lobby entryway or garage.
Spacious walk in closets, upgraded flooring, full kitchen with modern appliances.

Management is always accessible and receptive--they are an outstanding team!

The building is located on the residential part of Hollywood Blvd. It is close to Hollywood and Highland if you want to walk to shop or take the Metro. The manager James goes out of his to make sure everyone feels welcome. They just remodeled the spa & pool and most of the building. You can tell they care about the building. There is convenient ground floor parking. The building is clean and quiet. If you are shopping around for apartments I recommend you take a look at this building.
