Our amenities include a heated pool, two private sauna rooms, BBQ grills, a recreation room with pool table and work-out area, and a on-site laundry area with lots of washers and dryers open 24 hours and private, gated with access-controlled entry, carport parking.

Qualification Requirements / Deposits / Monthly Charges:
No evictions or recent delinquent marks on credit.
Monthly household income to be 2.5 times rent.
3 most recent months of pay stubs and 3 most recent bank statements. If self employed 6 months bank statements and most recent year filed tax returns.
Security Deposit: 0.75% of one months rent on approved credit (Score of 720+), anything below will be reviewed for approval with an additional security deposit of up to one months rent.
Pet deposit $500.00 for dogs, $300.00 for cats.
City RSO Fee: $1.61 charged in addition to monthly rent.
