Respara Brentwood

This gorgeous, tranquil apartment complex offers an exceptional living experience with a focus on convenient services, helpful staff, and amazing amenities! The boutique size is perfect and Respara truly offers a quiet, private, and safe place to live.

We moved to LA in July and ended up renting at Respara.

Here is what made the difference:
1/ The property
- It has a boutique character,
- It is new, the building is in impeccable condition, the apartments have a modern feel and the appliances are high end
- Large outdoor space in the units
- Impressive landscaping
- Top amenities (gym, pool, spa area, board room, TV room)
It really feels like you are in a resort.

2/ The staff and services
- This is by far the best service quality we have... experienced. Everyone is incredibly nice and helpful!
- Numerous small details that are making a huge difference in the end: packages brought to your unit, complementary breakfast a few days during the week, multiple partnerships (spa treatments, car wash, etc. are available).

3/The location
- hard to beat! It's very walkable, a few minutes walk to great shopping, top restaurants, groceries.
- A short drive (or longer walk) to Brentwood farmer's market, and Brentwood country mart.

There is no better place to live in Los Angeles than Respara. The staff are incredible, the service phenomenal and the beautiful both safe and beautiful. I love coming home to 11600 Dunstan Way!

This building is amazing. Great staff, fun events, very clean — truly one of a kind living in Brentwood!

So frustrating to work with this company. Either no communication or misinformation. Look elsewhere for a good experience.
