You're Paying for Location

These apartments are just average. You are really paying for the location. You can walk to Ralphs, Starbucks and Jamba. As a positive the apartment includes parking and the site manager signs for packages.

The not so great? Walls are super thin, I can hear my neighbors walking around all the time. The floors are uneven in my living room. The appliances are outdated, the fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave aren't the best, but they do come with the apartment. The fountain on the… terrace level is super old and the paint is cracking off. It's more of an eye sore than a focal point. The laws chairs are all ripped up. The small "gym" does not have AC so is almost unbearable. The laundry room does not have AC either.
