I had a viewing that I scheduled on apartments.com they sent me a email to confirm it, the day of the viewing I was literally like 5 mins away . Not even late very early . Appointment time was 11:30 it was 11:05 am and they sent me a email saying my viewing was cancelled. I stay all the way in San Pedro and I have to drive for nothing . So rude

The elevators at Sherman Circle Apartments are in… dire need of servicing; they frequently malfunction or operate erratically, posing a serious inconvenience to residents, especially those with mobility challenges. Additionally, several doors throughout the building either do not function properly or outright fail to unlock, compromising both security and accessibility.

To exacerbate matters further, tenants at Sherman Circle Apartments are burdened with hidden fees and inexplicable charges that seem to materialize out of thin air. The management has developed a knack for concocting reasons to email notifications of these charges, often without any prior explanation or transparency.

In conclusion, my time at Sherman Circle Apartments has been marred by a litany of issues stemming from the management's incompetence and disregard for tenant welfare. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Very unprofessional very rude management. Any issue you have VIANKA (management) does not help at all does not have any manners she speaks to you with a sarcastic tone. She tells you one thing and when you confront her she pulls up the contract and says I never that such a thing. Basically giving us different info that what's in the contact. She Gives me a hard time everytime I have some sort of problem. Contract was signed for a specific rent amount but so many random charges… are added to rent it goes up and extra $200. Building looks new from outside but actual apartments are old ac/heater unit does not work my ice machine has mold I requested maintenance several times they still have not fixed the issue. My microwave randomly moves. When you turn the lights on in the house there is a noise. Lastly there was a cockroach outbreak in our side of the building I kept telling vianka and she would tell me there is no possibility I took pictures and showed her she still would not admit there is such a thing. Months passed and an exterminator came and told us there was a huge outbreak on our side of the building. Now it is not as bad as before but there still is cockroaches in the building. Moral of the story this building is trying to be a luxury complex but is completely failing to do so starting with VIANKAS unprofessionalism finishing up with the actual apartments. Don’t get me wrong the building is nice and was pleasant when we moved in.. BUT since they switched management/ ownership it has gone downhill. There is a door that never unlocks for anyone in the building that hasn’t been fixed for months. Everywhere I turn it seems like something is constantly being broken and having to get fixed. Elevators constantly going out of order, the building has bugs, TRUST ME we have had it sprayed, pest control come in, doesn’t help it’s a problem with the building.… To top all this off management will flat out lie to your face about problems you bring to their attention. They do not care about the residents all they want is to make a pretty penny off you. Do not move here. Read More
